WOW! It was one of the best fanfictions that I had ever read. So amazing. I got so excited reading it. Please don't abondon it. I need more chapters. Please continue this story

It took me a few days to get through the story. It is fantastic! I love it! Very well thought out and planned. I like how everyone was still in character without being too canon. I really like the angst and development of Sasuke and Naruto specially when it comes to their past selves. I really hope you come back and are able to finish this story.

This chapter is amazing! It feels like I'm watching a movie or something, and I love it! I can tell you love writing politics because you do it so well! I'm sorry I just had to say something after reading this chapter, it was too good to ghost read. Now I /have/ to check out your other stories. I've enjoyed the rest of your story to this point too, can't wait for when naruto and sasuke finally get together

I'm really enjoying the story. My only quibbpe is thast I think the misunderstanding between Sasuke and Naruto has been dragging on for too many chapters. It seems contrived that they haven't talked yet and that no one wants to tell Naruto why Sasuke is upset.

Itachi is a mysterious character. Thats true. But this story is different from the anime and manga so therefore you can twist his charater into something darker and evil as he is meant to be in this story. Thats that about itachi. Now Naruto. Why do you make him look stupid? Cos i knw naruto may act stupid but he's sure as hell not stupid becos how did he become captain of the squad? Hahahaha. Why is there no narusasu smooching yet? but itachi and kisami get to do dirty . Update pls

the way you write Itachi is so on point, besides his other plan and different purpose from the original manga-which is to be expected because... why are you even here if you want something exactly like the manga. Itachi is the real mystery here I still don't get his purpose and intention or even if it's leaning toward good or bad. but the chatacterization, the way he speaks and fights are definitely how Itachi is. even to the way he kiss someone whether it's out of love or gratitude or admiration, I could easily imagine the Itachi from manga would kiss like that. Despite he's a cruel being here for making Kakashi his slave, I can't deny he's got quite a plan there with his otherworldly geniusness. bow down to you to even be able to tell it all into words and writings. btw I'm craving for a whipped Sasuke again please because Narusasu is life :""D

Oh boy, I normally don't do this, I after reading the review of that one guest, I feel like I have to justify myself. So to that guest: if you could give me a way to reply to you personally, I'd love to do it. :-)
I won't lie, that review was extremely upsetting. I seriously didn't expect to read something like that (but it wasn't a bad read, paradox, I know). It was in a way a wake up call, even though I disagree personally on multiple accounts. But since it is a one-sided opinion, I'll try to be fair.
I'm sorry guest that you feel that way. Itachi's character isn't for everyone, I understand. But I've yet to meet someone who doesn't like him. You'd be the first. I personally love him. He is, as some of you can tell, my favorite character.
The muddy conversations full of hints and vague statements are of course intentional, since that's who Itachi really is. To call him a info dump character is extremely unfair imo. He is knowledge and enigma personified, making him very hard to understand at first glance. The brilliance in his character is that he has such depth and so many facets that every time you read him, you discover something new.
Naruto and Sasuke are action packed, yes. They are rather obvious and straight forward. Their struggle is easy to understand and purely personal. As for Itachi, noting is obvious. Reading him should feel like interacting with him, confusing and sometimes frustrating simply because of who he is. He doesn't put on kiddy gloves to guide us through his world, he expect us to pay attention of every word he says and find out the meaning for ourselves. At least that is why I try to do. (Just like Kishimoto does in the manga. I understand that Itachi isn't that complicated in the manga, since it was target at a younger audience. I just thought that everyone reading this story should at least be late teens or an adult, capable of understanding the more complex situations. If not, why read a rated M story, right?)
As for the Akatsuki members, they were all previously introduced. I see no need to add explanation every time they appear. It's in one of Itachi's longer chapters, so I can understand that you perhaps missed those details.
As for Neji "dumping" infos on Naruto, yeah, it will probably happen again. Naruto isn't a very bright character paying a lot of attention to details or "boring" stuff. So having him asking a lot of question feels normal. I wonder why everyone thinks he's an idiot because he asks questions. That's what Naruto does in the manga, and that's what he does here. it's not his fault that Neji is a genius, Sasuke and Kakashi extremely smart and Sakura just a good student. Haha.
Using Neji to explain stuffs to readers just because Itachi is hard to understand is something I can't do. Sorry. It'll compromise the integrity of this story, and as much as I want to please everyone, i know it's an impossible thing.
Also, Itachi's character isn't one solely told through his perspectives. If you pay attention, you can see that he's everywhere. Most of his "actions" are seen through eyes of others. What we see of him is what he generally wishes everyone to see. But I won't go into details, because I can seriously go on for days talking about it. haha.
So, guest, if you can pm me about it, I'd be very glad. Seeing some opposition for Itachi is both refreshing and infuriating to my shipper heart. Hey, but no hard feelings. Isn't easy, but I can take it. :-D

I find the parts of the story that focus on Itachi to be incredibly boring and difficult to read. I can see there are some Itachi fans here and love his storyline, but it's different for me because I'm not a particular fan of his. I wouldn't avoid a story because he was in it, but I wouldn't click on a story because of him either. Since I'm not coming to the story as either an Itachi fan or a hater, to care about his storyline I'd need something more than shipping to draw me in. Ordinarily, the fact that he's the antagonist would do it, but the writing becomes so muddled whenever Itachi is around. This is the portion of the story where we continually get info dumps.

Naruto and Sasuke have the benefit of being on the front lines, so their part of the story has more action which keeps things livelier. Itachi works behind the scenes as a schemer. Since he's not usually taking action, Itachi gets to talk a lot about his plans instead. The problem with that is most of the things he says are vague hints at things the reader doesn't know anything about. Okay, he doesn't want to reveal his plans, that's fine, but when every conversation is filled with hints and innuendos, it can become exasperating. If I don't know what's going on, I lose interest. If I feel that way a lot, that's when I'm no longer engaged by the story and bored enough to either skip to the next scene or click the back button.

Add to that the fact that Akatsuki members are continually showing up like we're supposed to already know who they are, and my frustration increases. I know who these people are in canon, but I don't know who they are in the story. I expect the story to help me out a bit in this regard. One line of narration to explain that the person is a general/assassin/poet/whatever. There's a ton of introspection in the story already. It's not like some necessary exposition should be that much of a problem, right? Instead, I have to wade through an entire scene and use dialogue and context clues to figure out who Itachi is speaking with. Once I've figured out who the person is, then I have to reread the whole scene again for the dialogue to make sense. The context of what Itachi is saying becomes very different whether he's saying it to a friend or a rival.

Also frustrating is the fact that Itachi is usually the one who explains things about the underworld and other necessary part of the lore. Unfortunately because it's Itachi, he never clearly explains anything. There was a huge difference in the clarity of the writing between Neji explaining magic to Naruto, and Itachi explaining his past life as the guardian of Thorns to Kisame. If you absolutely must have an info dump character, I'd be thrilled if you let Neji take over the role from now on.

I have to say it makes a difference that Naruto gets to play dumb and ask for clarification. Unfortunately for the reader, Kisame is not that helpful. Sometimes I find Naruto playing dumb a bit too obvious, like he asks questions to things he should already know, but it's better than the alternative of being left in the dark. Even better: embrace the concept of simple exposition. Not all info has to be passed along to the reader via exhaustive conversations. Sometimes it's better to just tell us something, especially when it can be done simply. Telling is for giving the reader information. Showing is for character development. Show when you should show, and tell when you should tell.

when will naruto find out? l am dying here. they should come together real quick so we can move on to kisami and itachi. i wonder what will happen next. will naruto start giving kisses? was it really itachi's manipulation or not? next chapter please. pretty please with a cherry on top.
