Ok, this chapter was pure utter bullshit. It could have been good, but the problem? You made your fancy new OC far too OP tobe any fun to read. Now if she had struggled against Naruto it would have been better, instead you decided that having a OC go up against a Naruto whose had a few years of training would and made him a utter pushover and you thought that was a good idea somehow. So no offense even if you "magic" his parents alive there's no situation in which Naruto should win this fight, and seeing as the girls uncle is probably far stronger then her... ya you pretty much screwed yourself with how easy they both took out high level threats. Don't forget the typos in the chapters when fixing this up! There aren't enough to stop me from reading (one story I tried to read had so many it triggered a headache in three seconds), but they still distract -and detract- from the story.
