Oh dear, I'm probably going to forever start referring to Gandalf as Dumbledore the Gray now, because of this! XD Good thing this is Middle Earth, I think I'd just about die of embarrassment if I started brandishing a tampon at some guy (Dwarf or not), thinking it was a weapon.

Interesting start to what looks to be a promising story. First person POVs in fan fiction never really appeal to me (though I love a good girl-falls-into-Middle-earth story (well, I should, considering my own fic is one..but anyway)), but I must say, your OC has really captured my attention, and the tone you set this story at really makes me intrigued to read more!

Well, you've got me hooked from the get-go! I must know what happens to lead up to the retrospect reflection in the begining! And as far as I can tell, I don't see any grammar mistakes and your descriptions are great. I can't wait to see what this story has in store!
