Wow... this was brilliant!
I really loved how you portrayed everyone, they were really in character - Lucius being the same old bastard (sorry) like before and I think it is really likely that he would learn nothing and stick to his old prejudices (well, mainly because he was raised like that I guess), Narcissa being passive, not able to really step up and disagree with her husband and Draco being torn between what he wants to be and who his father believes he has to be. And using drugs seems very "logic" here, as he sees no other way. And I also liked how Astoria was not acting like Narcissa, not stepping back but acting to get her husband to change his behaviour and disagreeing.
Your writing style is excellent, it was really easy to slip into the story and feel everything that is going on, for example in the dining scene, I felt just as tensed and angry as Draco. What also made this a good read is the fact that it is so realistic, nothing seems forced.
