I would love to tell you how much I love this story, but I'm afraid that I'm not really capable of doing that. There are so many things I love... I can't bring them all up. But I love it. Really! So many funny, lovely moments, but also all the hurting, suffering - the secrets and lies that been told. Well outplayed! I think I would have lost of some "facts" and screw it all up.
But you figure it out, play it out and it fits. Even if I have to say that it bothers me a little, that they're just teenagers. But that's personal struggle. By the way they're acting you could perfectly imagine that they're older. It's just the little evil voice in my head that reminds me of the fact that they are still young and that they're supposed to be innocent. But I really like the way you bring up some characters and events from the series itself, and put them in another spot. And the ideas you bring up. I could kiss you for the whole "Tara's a Winston" plot. That is really impressive. I don't know why, but after Sarah mentioned that there was something that could hurt Tara that both, she and Jax. are aware of I thought it was about something like that. Hey: Athur calling his wife a bike-whore out of the blue? I don't think so. That she's actually really Pineys daughter... it was not surprising at all - but I still got a wide grin on my face when I think about it. I don't know why ... Maybe because I'm still hoping that this secret will blow up. Everyone (except Wendy and ) knows. There is now way they can bury it. And if Tara finds out? Let's saying: I'm still hoping. Because then she could eat her own pills, when she get mad at Jax for not telling her. She wasn't telling him the truths she saw with her own eyes, because she don't want to hurt him and making things way much worse as they already were. Leads me right to the little fights ... I love them. I love the conversations. They ARE conversations. I had to read some awful shit conversations without hand and feet.
You've done a hell of a job here - and if I could... I would roll a red carpet for you! ;-)
I can't wait to find out where that would end - for everyone. Of course... especially Jax and Tara. Jax and college? O.o Not that I think he couldn't make it. He's smart. But... will he? Really? I don't know. But you know. So... I'm thanking you for sharing this little masterpiece of your brain and switch to your one-shots instead.

My prayers were answered by the Fanfiction muse. I started rereading this story while in quarantine. It is just such a good story, in fact the best out there regarding Jax and Tara. I was happy to see your posting of this chapter. Sad to see it come to an end soon. Tara is such a strong heroine in this story. Fragile, strong willed, doubtful, insecure, confident...just a mixture of every teenage girl. Jax...well...I had some insight on the handsome teenage boy. I love him in this story. He is every teenage boy and his confessions of love to Tara break my heart. I have two daughters of my own and believe it or not, I've gained some insight on talking to them about relationships from this story. I just hope they never get caught in janitor's closet or in this mess with a Joshua type character.

Can't wait to read the full chapter! This is one of my favorite Jax and Tara stories!
