The format is bad. Also the first chapter was pretty much just the episode from the show. Third, the things you've changed I personally didn't like-i dont like Bianca obviously. Fourth, (although this kind of fits in with number one) the dialogue is too congested; it creates unnecessary confusion. I would suggest you allow a beta reader to go over it thoroughly.
