Can I suggest that when carrot makes her appearance have her and magnolia get along extremely well and magnolia even shares her room with carrot I ask cause from what I've seen carrot is mostly in the crows nest

For something after the time skip have magnolia start carrying throwing knives that sh uses when time freezes so she'll freeze Time throw around enemy unfreeze pincushion and she collects the previously thrown knives by freezing time so she essentially never runs out

So are they based on Greek mythology I ask cause NYX is Greek mother of night and I'm sure moros is her child in mythology fun fact I know all this mostly because of persona 3 having Greek mythology as a basis for basically everything from personas to the dungeon Tartarus even NYX herself

So the time stop works exactly like it does in JoJo where anything the person throws freezes interesting

Also I picture magnolia voice actors to be cherami Leigh and aya Hirano who both voice Lucy in fairy tail

For something for magnolia have her learn Fishman karate from jimbe perhaps she could get started on the basics on Fishman island and continue when jimbe officially joins

Please have magnolia get Haki after timeskip armament and observation only as I feel only Luffy is the one on the crew that really has access conquers unless someone unlocks it in wano tho magnolia could resist conquers Haki like Nami

Can I say I picture the timestop to be like when Dio or jotaro stops time in JoJo bizarre adventure
