In theory Harry should have another Bloodline ability from the potters, since the abilities are set up so 4 divided by half so 2 plus 1 plus 1. So he should have four still even with his being a half blood, and because of the wizard blood or other traits if anything being a half breed, would have ensured genetically more so with strong or weak magic to ensure he would have gotten all his bloodlines form his family, rather then some of them. Since inbreeding would breed out the issues, but spreading on the genes and having half bloods rather then purebloods would ensure traits would pass more likely, look at Tonks for instance to see that is true.

So in harry's case even if it is OP or even if it is not, he could have simply a trait for flying, a trait based on magic being slightly stronger, and a trait based on metamorphic ablities and one other plus a trait for his mother. A boost to the Dark Arts and Charms would be considered minor things. As would the others when compared to things like Metamorphic abilities, or other stuff also a minor Metamorphic ability would not be as likely to mess with his balance or make him clumsy as for instance a 4/5 rather then a 2 or 3, if that makes sense. A 1 is nothing 5/5 would mean he mastered it so the imbalance would be at the 3/4 mark so 1 or 2 and 5 would be considered safe mostly.

Add to it the fact his father was an Animagus and other things, skills and abilities would also effect stuff as would his mother's method of protecting him. As far as family traits or other stuff, his mother's protection might have been enough reason for why her blood did not prevent his bloodline, so she awoke old magic and made it likely that other older pureblood traits could awaken in him. And it turned out the Horcrux only drew out the Parsel Tongue trait not gave it to him. I mean once he had quest and things to learn about it later.
