I like the general idea but it's too short, Harry is practically a stranger and I don't believe for a second he could have mastered EVERY shout at 10 years of age... If you said that Tamriel is somewhere in the ocean separated from the outside world by a barrier or some such it would have been better, but Atmora is simply a frozen mass in the north of the continent not Great Britain, so where is France?! People just skipped Tamriel and went to shore in England just like that? And this smells like a Gary Stu... In the end, nice idea but badly developed in my opinion
