Ok, I'm really confused now...

I first found this story on Potions and Snitches and although it got there its fair share of attention, I feel strongly that it is underrated here at . I really like the idea of this mail station and, yes, I am one of those sick persons who are enjoying graphic torture. And this aspect of the story is, what makes it remarkable and unique: Your torture isn't "just" a lot of crucatius and some rape, it's psychological. It's ugly and it's dark, but it is somewhat better graspable than the concept of "infinite pain" or the, luckily for most people, very distant horrors of sexual assault. And that's, and the fact that Snape isn't instantly a different and caring person and isn't putting Harry's security and welfare over Draco's, is what will make me come back in the future. Although I am still wondering where that storyline of McGonagall killing Moody went.

This sounds complicated. How did Narcissa, Draco and Severus get back to Hogwarts, where Minerva and Lupin are? Or should I ask how did Minerva and Lupin get to where Narcissa, Draco and Severus are?

Plus, how do Narcissa, Draco and Severus plan to survive Harry's escape?

Good chapter! They are all playing a very dangerous game, and I hope that Harry really can be rescued (though at some point Harry has to be offered a better life than Dumbledore has so far).

Minerva's a fine one to talk to Snape about Harry-she never checked on his home, either, and she allowed the Marauders to do whatever they wanted to Snape. And it's Snape's life on the line; she's not risking anything, and doesn't give a damn about Draco, either.

If she's not going to help, she should just stay quiet, but of course she has to show she's morally higher up than the guy who's risking his life for both Draco and Harry.
