Okay, so... I just discovered this fic and I've read some of your other work (MP, MP Chronicles,Tethered-which I LOVE). And now you recommend Baker's Dozen, another fave of mine which I purchased and have read a few times already too. I wish the show would've hired a few of you FF authors! You've all explored the OQ relationship in ways that could've easily been written as canon storylines, and that would've rightfully left him alive on the show. Anyway, you're always asking for reviews, so here's mine: love your work, so please keep it up.

It's nice to see that everything has settled down between everyone and that our loving couple can finally breathe a little while working things out with Marian, etc.

I also like the idea of Regina keeping in touch with Elsa. I know that Emma is close by but I think Regina felt more of a connection with Elsa because of the similarities of their circumstances.

Thank you for this update.
sequoiabuttrfly chapter 25 . 7/11/2016
Regina is in love with Robin, but I think it was important to her to get Henry's blessing. To know that he wanted her to be happy and protected above all else. I think she cares about what others think, even though she puts on this facade that it doesn't really matter to her. It does.

The scene with Regina and Robin alone and being playful over dessert was cute and it only got more interesting from there. If only..LOL! The idea of her giving him a key is a big step because it proves that she is truly opening up her heart to love again, even after all that has happened as of late.

I think it was good for Regina to step outside of her comfort zone with joining Robin and Roland, spending time with the men of the forest. The thought of John expressing to her that she is just as important as the two she cares about was a positive in the right direction. Regina is being accepted for who she is now, not who she was in years past.

I'm glad that she spoke with Marian and that she stood her ground to express the thought that forgiveness didn't open the door for Marian to do anything of the sort again. Regina noted that she would basically be watching her, just as Marian watched Regina all that time ago. Only difference is, Regina can take action quickly if needed on her own. She wouldn't need someone else doing her dirty work for her like Marian did.

Oh the intense moments involving that portal. I was sitting on pins and needles as I read that part of this chapter. I was so afraid that something was going to go wrong and that Regina was going to get pulled into it somehow. Thank you so much for not letting that happen LOL! Things are still on point with Regina and Robin and I couldn't be happier. I'm curious to see how this story ends so I'm going to keep reading. Thank you as always for writing this story!
sequoiabuttrfly chapter 23 . 7/10/2016
It seems that the lives of both Robin and Regina are getting back to normal. However, I have a bad feeling about this portal routine. Things have been going so well, all we need is for something to go wrong and Regina find herself back in the Enchanted Forest with Emma and Elsa. That would be so disappointing but could be a potential possibility considering the events thus far in this story. Oh how I hope that I'm wrong and that the next chapter finds Regina still in Storybrooke with Robin and the boys.

Thanks so much for posting these updates!
sequoiabuttrfly chapter 22 . 7/10/2016
It seems that Rumple will never really change. Sure he believes that because of Belle's influence, he has a chance of doing better, but what it all boils down to is that he expects an exchange of sorts when he offers to help someone. If it weren't for Belle, he would have expected whatever price had been set to be paid in return for helping Elsa determine what had happened to Anna. In my opinion, he will never change. It's his obsession with being the Dark One, there will always be a price to pay for his assistance. As he's always said, "Magic comes with a price."

The conversation went much smoother than I expected it to. I understand that she is sorry for what she did and felt concerned as to how both Robin and Roland would react, but what about Regina. The men in her life, yes deserve an apology but above all others Regina is owed the same. Marian cannot expect Robin to deliver her apology, she needs to do it herself. She has the audacity to threaten the life of the Queen, someone she felt threatened by for so long and now that Regina saved Roland's life, Marian still expects Robin to express her apology. Seriously? This woman gets on my last nerve! I wish she would get pulled into a portal and sent to God knows where, leaving Robin and Regina alone to raise Roland together.
sequoiabuttrfly chapter 21 . 7/8/2016
The moments shared between Regina and Robin almost seem too good to be true right now. They have been through so much the past few weeks and now they are in their own little world, spending much needed time with each other and the boys. I can understand the anxiety that both of them are feeling right now. When things seem perfect, that's typically when problems arise and the perfect moments become too few and far between. Here's hoping things between them continue on this joyful path and that any trouble up ahead is limited with very little impact to their relationship.

I understand the hesitation in everyone when it comes to their thoughts of Regina when she's been threatened in some way. However, I think it's time they stop jumping to conclusions, always thinking that she is going to allow the Evil Queen to take action against anyone standing in her way. Regina has not turned "evil" in so long yet Emma is quick to assume that she may incinerate Elsa. Like WTF! Give Regina the benefit of the doubt until her actions prove a point. All she wants is to be loved by those she cares about. That is what is important to Regina! Protecting those she loves is at the top of her list, but just because her past speaks volumes of violent tirades, she isn't that person any longer and I just think the town needs to get over themselves and worry about how to resolve problems rather than blaming Regina or believing she's going to cause a problem.

As always, thanks for updating with this post!
sequoiabuttrfly chapter 20 . 7/7/2016
Henry giving Robin a talking too was cute. He loves his mother and he is protective over her. She has her little prince, her knight and now her King to protect and love her for always and forever. The scene between Robin and Regina was nice and a breath of fresh air considering all they have gone through to get to that point. Thank you as always for writing this story.
sequoiabuttrfly chapter 19 . 7/7/2016
This post was cute. As much as Robin continues to tell Regina that he loves her, I can understand why she is hesitant to let go of her anxiety and allow his feelings to be 100% real in her mind. She can feel his love inside her heart, but it's her thoughts that continue to tell her otherwise. As for her not wanting to deal with Elsa or Marian, I say why bother right now? Elsa and Marian are not going anywhere and she has spent far too much time apart from Robin. This time should be for them to be with each other, working things out and focusing on their relationship.
sequoiabuttrfly chapter 18 . 7/7/2016
It's finally good to hear Emma take some responsibility for her actions in bringing Marian back from the past. Though it's ridiculous that her guilt only surfaced when it was found that Henry could have suffered because of it. I think Regina is going to understand Elsa because she has been through similar feelings in her own past. Now I can't say that she will understand with regards to Marian and as much as I would love for her to rip the woman's heart our and crush the hell out of it, I'm sure Regina is going to do the right thing in showing Marian that she has changed by way of not killing her. The best revenge I guess Regina can expect is Marian admitting that she was wrong and basically kissing her ass, begging for forgiveness.
