Girl! You did this! I loved it, but you just need to think about about some of the personalities a bit more.

I love how you introduced a baby night fury! So many stories have Toothy finding a mate all if a sudden so him coming across an abandoned egg is a little more mysterious and new and believable to cannon (where there were literally no night furies anywhere they went). Thanks for sharing!

A cute oneshot. I thought Valka was probably the best written character here; she has that blend of wisdom and weirdness that makes her fun to read and write. You definitely lost me at Astrid hiding her pregnancy for nine months though.

Huh, I was at first confused on why they never knew Astrid was pregnant. Because wouldn't they find out from no period or such? But your note at the end does make sense from stress and such. Also fact sometimes some people don't even show really. But though the end may have been a little weak it was still a good story! I liked it.
But I kinda wish the twins would've gotten yelled at! Shucks
