This is such a good fic!

Love this! I have been laughing WAY too hard for the past day getting through this story, and I hope you do continue it. The banter and shenanigans are perfect - everything a reader could want and then some. I'm recommending the fic to my best friend, who's been on the lookout for good DGM fics with a lot of Lavi.

The characters' descriptions and their quirks were wonderful. I was 100% a fan of Lavi's horrendous orange suitcase (sounds like something I would totally own), Allen's 'lady pants,' the clear division of mug/kitchen supply ownership, the Rust Bucket, and Jessica the skeleton. All that among many other things. You should legitimately consider making and selling the co-op shirt you had them sell at VidFest with "Super Unique." It sounded adorable. I would buy one!

I'm a little sad that Lavi hates tea so much, but he wouldn't be alone in that. It's possible to think coffee and tea are both awesome. Then again, I side with Allen on the dislike of alcohol. He's just so prim in every way here, which has its charm, but I'd like to see his poker-cheating side come out, eventually ;)

I had to wonder, throughout, if both you and your beta went into this from a British-English perspective (not a bad thing, just somewhat obvious coming from an American reader), because there were a few terms I noted that were completely unfamiliar to me or that Lavi would not have used as an American. The main one was your use of "boot" to describe the trunk of a car, followed closely by the term "motorbike" which would be referred to as a "motorcycle" for Americans (thus Lavi would call his beloved vehicle a motorcycle for sure). With other terms, you used a mix of both here and there (like lift OR elevator). Again, this is not a serious issue - just wanted to point it out so that you are aware in future writing from the American POV.

On an actual note regarding tense/usage, there were a few brief places where you lapsed into the present tense, which can be easily corrected. A recurring item came up with the use of "precede/preceded/preceding" when your meaning was that of "proceed/proceeded/proceeding." This mainly popped up in the airport scenes as Lavi had to 'proceed' into security before leaving. Lastly, the past tense of "lead" is "led." I've seen that in quite a few fanfics; it's a pretty common error.

All that said, I really do hope you're able to pick this one back up where you left off. It's absolutely hilarious, and I'd hate to see it end here! Very few fics really hit the banter nail on the head. Thank you so much for writing and sharing.

This is definitely one of the best thing I've ever read! (And I know I've said it before, but it deserves a repeat damnit!) I've never been more happy while reading something. /cries a waterfall of happy tears/ I love everything about it. Especially the little details that are so, so important. Which you write with so much thought and feelings and everything and it is just absolutely amazing. I love it. I can probably never say that enough. It feels real enough that nothing else matters when I'm reading it. It is WONDERFUL. I can't ever get tired of this.
BTW, the Walmart scene was hilarious! XD I can totally see Lavi doing that! Lavi and Allen are so cute together!

At the start of the chapter, I couldn't stop laughing. Because it was just hilarious, and your sense of humor is just fantastic. But it became so, so sad at the end. Oh, Allen.. /sniffs teary eyed/ And Lavi...

That... Was seriously one of best things I've ever read. I don't know how you do it, but it was freaking awesome man! They were adorable! It is perfection!

oh my god this is honestly so cute! YouTuber AUs are my fave and this is just the most amazing story ever! I literally could not stop smiling the entire time I read this! my jaw hurts from smiling so much tho rip me lmao. but seriously this is so well written and hilarious and I love it a lot! Gdi I have an appointment today and its 3:20 in the morning and I should've gone to bed hours ago but I found this story and I was trapped send help. but all in all, keep up the amazing work! this is one of the best fanfics I have ever read and I can't wait to find out what happens next!

I honestly thought this story would never come back. But it did and I couldn't be more happy. When I got the email saying you uploaded the chapter, I stared at it for a minute, because I vaguely remembered your username. Then I actually clicked on the email and I read the summary again and I was like OH. OH MY GOSH. I HAVE TO READ IT. But then when I tried I realized that it has been way too long since I last read this story, and I kid you not I spent a DAY reading this whole story. It only took so long because I am a slow reader and because of the long chapters. But I don't mind, I love long chapters, especially the last one. Ohh my gosh. I loved it so much *insert happy tears*

Not gonna lie, I expected much different from chapter nine because, as you said, it has been two years. I thought the atmosphere would change, and your writing style as well. But I was pleasantly surprised to see that this chapter is one of the best and you have proved that nothing has changed over those two years. You're still you, and I'm happy. Sappy, I know, but it's true.

BUT OHH MAN LET'S TALK ABOUT THIS CHAPTER EH? Allen and Lavi are getting it on good so far ;) Ugh I just want one of them to move to the others' house already and be a happy domestic couple ;v; At first I was thinking "Heck yeah, Lavi can move in with Allen and they will have fun and go out all the time to that bar and play games and all that good jazz" But then I realized that when Allen came over to Lavi's, it would be so much better because then they could be all happy and domestic-y together and just enjoy themselves...I don't know, I'm not expecting anything anytime soon regarding that. AND THE ADOPTED ASIAN BABIES WAS THE BEST PART MY LORD. I LAUGHED MY ARSE OFF. Before I read the chapter though, I looked at the title and thought "What the hell? Kanda and Lenalee sure do get on fast if ya know what I'm sayin' *wink wink*"

Anyway, I also really hope the next update won't be in a year either, or even more than that XD I'm not going to tell you to update soon, I'm just gonna let you do you. I love this story very much, and I can wait. Even if it does take more than a year. Because then, really I can just re-read the whole story and get trapped in these good feels.

Now that I've gotten thar out of my system, I just want you to know that I absolutely adore this story and over the years I've come back to reread its pure awesomeness multiple times.
