Good story but too much action and plot and not enough romance for me.
Exploring dark Hook had a lot of potential but I feel like it got lost in too much plot so you didn't explore it enough.
Another issue is Neal. I was expecting second time around it would've been resolved better than in the show but the opposite happened. You focused too much on leaving Emma's feelings ambiguous than it should've been and not having "the talk" with Neal where she made her feelings clear but instead he was spending the whole time thinking he has a chance and Emma encouraged it. It made it worse than on the show because at that point CS already happened so it looked like if Neal had come back her feelings would reset too. Obviously she still would've chosen Killian but I feel like you didn't made it clear enough until he died and the same thing happened all over again.
I wish you let CS breathe more and have their moments, instead there wasn't enough of that even in epilogue. When they did have their moments it was nice and you write them well but you didn't use your understanding of them much as you should've.
I didn't mind resetting things as they were because I was expecting it but what bothered me is Hook not remembering either.

Love, love, love so far. Killian thinking about being a daddy, protective Killian to Emma. So cute. And I love Hook, he's just a different person but with Killian deep inside. When he told her not a day has gone by that he hasn't thought about her brought tears to my eyes. Even though it's not the scenario he remembers living, she does - deep, deep down it's about her, it's always about her to him and it's beautiful.

This was an amazing story. I skipped the mature parts. Other than that, I really like it. Congrats!

They did it! David's alive! What a ride this has been. I'm so so happy he was able to break the curse. It was so satisfying after all the setbacks they've faced.

Nooooooo! I don't want Killian to kill Gold for Killian's sake, but I still hate his guts. What a bastard! Wow this story is fantastic. Canon divergence is so cool and the fact that they know it's a curse means it as little like time travel. It's so much fun to read. I hope there's a way to save David as impossible as that sounds. I'd really hate for him to die because of blackbeard.
