Wait. I didn't review this or favorite it the first time I read this? The heck was I thinking? I had to go and track it down, due to what was probably laziness. Anyway, this story is very, very good! Very original! I've never read anything like it before! And you're right. Too much is Fai the one in danger. Sometimes, it needs to be Kurogane. Please write more in the future. I don't think you can get much better, since this is already perfect, but I hope to read more anyway!
