Philips is kind of a weird super soldier, in game Alex could kill them with easy unless they where more than 4, maybe explained a lack of biomass for Alex or a new kind of super soldier so he defeat can be more logical

I am amused that he is using the movie Thor for his lesson.

In the case of the first girlfriend, she believed Blacklight killed Alex and was wearing his face...and she was correct in that belief. Alex wouldn't have even have had many if any memories about her until he absorbed her, and then he would have seen it from her perspective, beliefs, and emotions.

I am not sure if he would be the strongest due to numbers alone. Korra has access to the power of at least a hundred souls of the highest quality (past lives), who all mastered all four bending arts to the most extreme level possible (any who didn't would have died before age 26, drastically increasing the number of souls), along with having one of the two supreme spirits tied to her soul as well (what makes her the Avatar [or if going with the original series explanation of the Avatar being actual the Spirit of the World, then Korra's soul is larger than the cumulative souls of all life on the material and spiritual planes combined, literally trillions of souls {countless insects}). Disregarding the latter, it is still an issue of quantity vs quality.

Who is Alex considering his stepmom? Guessing Greene is who he is calling his mom considering Blacklight is refined from Redlight.
