I love the primal, but still so very high, intelligence of the Night Wings. Far from the first time I read your story, but it still gets me every time. And the way they interact in a mixture of sound, smell and body language seems amazing frankly.

This is a really awesome story that I loved. Reading the same thing but different enough each time to still be interesting. Loved it

So many unexpetedly DELIGHTFUL lines in this. "I WILL KILL YOU BEFORE I LET YOU TAKE MY FLOCK."

I actually love the way the dragons speak in this its brilliant. Think , actually nt not sure which version I like better this one or the 2nd chapter of the first.

haha so glad the words 'their not cattle came in', but the range of offers is very funny still. Well its assured I'll be reading more of your stories just to better understand this one! Mind even though theirs confusion over some communicating between Hiccup and dragons they do all seem to flock to him rather than his mother which is kinda odd. (suppose you might figure I'm not a fan of Valka at all (;p))

I commend you on your ability to get the point cross despite multiple titles and names for each other without it being confusing (which it totally could have been)! How is Valka communicating then? Also if she's a dragon at heart, she said her son was a dragon at his soul s shouldn't they both be able to talk the same?

Don't particularly like Slyfoot but it does allow for a greater more detailed perspective so i'll ya that. How is Hiccup getting anything across? Or are they reading him solely on his emotions that are coming to them through smell? little confused over that detail?

Woah this is awesome. Does change the tone a bit compared to Hiccup's, and really does Toothless not realised/ remember when he almost fired on Hiccup before? The names and endearments and explanations between the dragons and how Toothless defined things was very good. Was kinda hoping you'd do the rest of their time with the flock, i.e. to include the flying scene and of course the dragon's all attempting to get a proper look of this 'non-monster-human'. Soo good otherwise though

I love your take on the relationship between Hiccup and Toothless. I can't help but think that it would be amazingly funny to see Astrid's reaction to the fact that Hiccup is considered Toothless' "Consort." Hah! The look on her face would be hilarious.
Heck, the look on Hiccup's face would be priceless.
The idea makes me chuckle, anyway.
In any case, I've very much enjoyed reading this; your writing style is easy to follow, and has a happy kind of bounce to it. It's pretty cool.
