I saw the original version when I was little and I looked it up on YouTube and I started watching part of FFACC and I didn't know it and I was so surprised that there was more to the story but it scared me lol like even though I assume no matter how many times I watch a move that it won't change. I'm a little upset, but not for reasons of the fic - I squealed when Cloud proposed to Tifa, and my mom asked me why, and I said, "Ah, he propsed!" And she scoffed and said, "Tch, just because he proposed doesn't mean they're getting married. They could be engaged for the rest of their lives." And that totally killed the mood.
