PhiGirl chapter 13 . 5/26/2013
This is a truly bone-chilling read. It is not exactly a comforting thought that these mechanisms are not confined to fantasy stories.
I think that you overdid it a bit with the completely indifferent reactions from everyone but Hermione. But then again, this stark contrast between what one would expect (or at least hope to see) from intelligent, compassionate people and your portrayal here is what made me shiver while reading your fic.
I just wish you had continued this story or at least posted a summary of the intended ending.

Poor Sev...
JaneDoh0 chapter 13 . 12/3/2012
This was fantastic-a dark look at the Wizarding world, but totally in line with how JKR set things up. Everyone in the books follows someone blindly (except for Severus, who has his eyes open). Your story begins to discuss the dark side of this. It is too bad you didn't continue it, but I wanted to let you know that I enjoyed your writing.
duj chapter 1 . 3/17/2012
You never did come back to this story. Perhaps you couldn't bring yourself to stay in this uniformly horrible world. Re-reading it, I remain sure that Snape did not betray Dumbledore or the Order; it was they who betrayed him. And Hermione might still retain a hint of Muggle compassion (wizards have none), but she hasn't retained an ounce of wit or wisdom. The first rule of a cover-up is who benefits? Know that and you know, or can learn, everything.

I love love love love love this story! It is just so dark and mysterious not to mention well written. It has provoked me into hours of thought and fantasy wonder and guessing at how it could play out. Severous Snape is just so complex of a character. It is a testament to the strenghth and power of your story that I continued reading it through the parts with Percy even though I loathe him. You deserve a stand ovation should you ever finish this deep and complex story. ~see ya
Cassandra30 chapter 4 . 10/20/2009
Yes it was! A travesty of Justice! This wasn't Justice!
Cassandra30 chapter 3 . 10/20/2009
Really! Public trials should be held as a matter of course.
Cassandra30 chapter 2 . 10/20/2009
Good chapter. Azkaban! The man gave everything to fight this war! He deserves his freedom!
Cassandra30 chapter 1 . 10/20/2009
Superb beginning!
Kerubim chapter 13 . 2/25/2009
OMFG I think it would be great but heart breaking if albus found out Severus was innocent all along.
NS chapter 13 . 7/3/2007
Holy crap, where'd ya' go?

Good GOSH this is AMAZING.

Your writing is similar to Resmiranda's, mainly in its darkness and intrigue. I hope you still write even if you're done writing fanfiction.
Athena Keating-Thomas chapter 13 . 9/6/2005
Wow- this has been quite an intriguing story; both well written and nicely dark. I'm looking forward to seeing more written from you in future!
Oya chapter 13 . 8/17/2005
Oh, Dumbledore is such an ass here. Or is he? Is there a reason for him acting like he is now because of what Severus did?

You have got to update! I really want to know what Severus did, or did not do.
Forfending Fate chapter 13 . 8/7/2005
This story has absoloutely blown me away - however, you haven't updated in over a year! Are you ever planning on finishing his piece?
Agent Jaid chapter 5 . 8/5/2005
I really do like this story and I'll probably try to read it again at a later date, I just... I just don't think I feel up to reading Dumbledore, Bastard of the Universe right now since that seems to be his role in this fic.

On the other hand, I laughed at your Percy. D He was so cute! Although Ginny was a bit of an airhead. Oh well, I'll forgive her this once.

And Hermione was PERFECT. She didn't "mature" and become less caring about things, she didn't turn evil or dark or anything, she was just... Hermione. _

Congrats on a terrific story - even if I haven't finished it yet.
