Um... dammit, why is Claude stalking Ciel?! I mean, I know why, but... he needs to leave the little Earl alone since he's Sebastian's! Jeez, I hope Sebastian and Ciel kick Claude's ass! What an arrogant, egocentric dickhead! But I do like how Ciel and Sebastian have grown so close and I love that they are starting to truly know one another. I wonder what's gonna happen to Alois? Is his contract with Claude valid? I mean, Claude set everything up! And he's trying to poach Ciel! Though, I imagine, once Sebastian figures all this out, there's gonna be hell to pay! I know it's been awhile since you've last updated, but I wholeheartedly hope that you'll take up this fantastically glorious fic again and write more chapters! I've never read a Sebastian/Ciel fic as wonderfully touching and puzzling and warm and vibrant and delightfully strange as this one! So... please, update!

Also, I think you've done an amazing job at coming up with a realistic way for Sebastian and Ciel to be together without demonizing them or making it purely about sex. What a brillant chapter. You have written such an insidious Claude that I was cringing through the whole chapter. I thought it ironic that Claude would reveal himself to Ciel through a chess game. Claude has already made a mistake by underestimating the mini Earl of Games. The way Claude sneered Sebastian's name made me wonder if Sebastian will be a knight or a pawn in this match between Ciel and Claude. I was surprised that Claude told Ciel why Alois hates him and that Ciel did not inquire about both he and Claude being "keepers". The game is afoot! I cannot wait until the next chapter!

Oooooh, Sebastians is going to be sooo pissed.
