ZUQYANKOL chapter 1 . 7/7/2014 Oh one sided romances, how heartbreaking you can be. Well, I must say that this is a very well written piece. The dialogue, the descriptive writing, the emotions released, all of it is excellent. You capture both characters adequately well in here. Now I can't help but feel sorrow for Rosalina, she finds herself falling for the jolly heroic plumber, only to realize that those feelings will never be returned. Mario never even finds out about this. To make things even more depressing, the lumas want Mario as their father because of his kindness and how he treated them like his own children, this just breaks my little shipping heart. I love the Mario/Rosalina pairing, and as sad as to admit, this is a pretty realistic, possible outcome for the ship. A grim view but it's true, in canon, even if this pairing were to happen, it would cause such an uproar in the Mario fandom and would create such a mess. The Mario/Peach ship is pretty much cemented and to see Mario paired with another girl would just not click well with the fandom, and the series in general. Despite that, I am proud to be a Mario/Rosalina shipper and I could care less if it will never be canon. xD Once again, great piece. Continue to write more! Going to my faves! |
DEADACCOUNT-APOLOGIES chapter 1 . 6/19/2014 Honestly, it feels to me like Mario and Rosaline is a much greater pairing than him and Peach. Neither of the two often show despair or hopelessness, and they've got that value on the big picture that Peach doesn't seem to have. And I can imagine Mario being good with children like that- too cute! Great reflection on such a deep character, hope to to see more of your work again. |
