I find it really frustrating that artemis is like "he's unlike any man before" for his suffering. how IGNORANT does she and her hunters have to be to think he's special for this? he's a particularly saddening dime a dozen. god there's so many people who have been through just as much. many war veterans come to mind. Abused, poor, treated badly and with no options so they enlist; gaining friends, comrades and brothers in the process only to watch them die horrifically on the battlefield and come back with PTSD to a country where no one gives a shit about them so they just end up cold, hungry, dirty and homeless before eventually dying over a scrap of food or money or because they were starving. all this that can happen to a MAN and she's completely oblivious to the dozens of men that it HAS happened to? UTTER FOOLISHNESS! |
