Wow. I literally just reread the prequel to the story this afternoon. I am very, very glad I checked back. Adorableness! Altair also got the hug he desperately needed. Poor kid/guy...
At the end, that was adorable. "That's it?" You can tell Bill is surprised, and then you hear Altair's (psuedo?)innocent response. "Why? Don't you like him?" Undeniably adorable. Awesome job, Altair!
...Too bad they won't have much time to spend together... T_T Between the animus, the end of the world, and the missions for the batteries... ooh, now there's a complication. Will Altair stay behind or...?
