Great story thus far, but seriously, 60 thousand galleons for Hogwarts? Doesn't that make pretty much every family attending mega rich? Remember, the prize for winning the Triwizard tournament was only like 2,000 galleons (off the top of my head), and that was considered very significant I believe. It was enough that splitting part of it was able to get the Weasley twins the investment to start their shop. Yet it's less than a single year at Hogwarts?
In fact, does this make any sense at all? Hogwarts must be positively raking in money. They don't have to pay the house elves, that do all the work, though I guess food must be obtained with money, but they can probably grow a lot with magic. Hogwarts professors clearly don't make much, Remus was always broke. Other than they have practically no expenses I can think of.

i've just read through some of the other comments on your story and was surprised at a negative one not liking, for one, your 'wizless' idea. I thought 'wizless' was brilliant. I thought you might enjoy to hear about another story i read where harry didn't like the wizards using 'muggles' so in retaliation started to refer to wizard kind as 'wiggles'. It made me smile very time I read it. LOL (sorry, I can't remember the story title or author but it was a confident harry, maybe a HP/Avengers crossover?).

I think i'd be very satisfied if the doctor instigated his revenge plans immediately and spared us all the future angst. Thanks for a great story.

The only thing I wished for in reading it was a paragraph or A/N at the beginning explaining where we were in the Dr Who story, what the Dr and Rose did for a living and what the Dr's powers were (i think you finally confirmed he didn't have a tardis, but presumably all the other Dr's memories and intelligence). I know most of this came out slowly in the story but I felt all at sea throughout as I couldn't remember everything about the Dr and Rose.

Um, how did harry know about the train? And i've been dying to ask, does this Doctor have a tardis and have they been travelling in it? Earlier there was some mention of travelling, but I wasn't sure if that applied to the time before the two doctors parted company (i can only hazily remember that Dr Who storyline).

Ah such a nice chapter. Rose not wanting to give Harry away and the Dcotor being a little slow in understanding about what's going on. I also loved the ending bit, it was such a Rose thing to do.
