A drabble is hard enough in and of itself but to have a perfect double drabble that reads as perfectly as this does is incredible. Bravo and congratulations on making this format work so well to your advantage, picking up with that second pov in such a seamless transition.

And the idea is a powerful one once you stop to think what this really meant and how it played out. Oh oh oh oh oh.

Oh maaaaaaan I hadn't really imagined how this scene must have gone. In the original, I was just so caught up in everything unfolding with Lewis and Hathaway, but now... oh. Of course there would have been the call made to Laura to explain what was going on and to ask for her help and this is exactly how it would have happened. Oh goodness, this is beautiful and I am really glad to have seen her and Innocent talking this one out here, seeing a bit more of their involvement with everything in the hospital.
