Ah ‘Feeling more like a knight than a troll’ just tugs on all the heart strings! Definitely left wanting to know more but a sweet standalone snapshot.

I know it's been years since this has been updated however it still is my favorite Katie/Marcus! This was the first story I read about this pairing and I fell in love! The way you weaved in their emotions and fears into a beautiful heartwarming "courting" love story is amazing. I hope all us well with you and your still writing.

Absolutely love this fix. Severely disappointed it hasn’t been updated in so long. I was dreading reaching this final chapter. I love how character centric this is and how your main focus is Katie and Marcus without a bunch of needless outside drama. Too many authors add the drama to make their stories interesting and more often than not it’s out of character for someone. You’ve incorporated other characters beautifully and stayed true to everyone. I love your interpretation of Marcus. He’s in character but also much more than you see in the books or movies. You give us great detail, and yet their love story is so sweet and innocent, yet it would of been great to see that morph into a more adult relationship as time went on. I hope you come back to this someday, it would truly be a shame if you didn’t.

I don't know about you guys, but I have found my next OTP))) Marcus Flint, like any other boy or girl from Slytherin needs to be considered as such, just a kid. We always forget that people who are crual suffer from cruelty themselves, that's why I heartily applause to this wonderful writer for this insight. Also, Marcus is sooo sweet, I'll never look at him the same way as before, thank you author for that, too.
