Hihi I was sure this hungry kid had to be Link, I almost feel sad for missing out when BOTW was first showed I would have loved seen people talk if it was a new character or not. I wonder what age would he be in this story since Zelda thought him a kid?

Pfft when I saw the pictures of Hyrule Warriors before they made the announcement I was really confused too about whether or not the person in green was Link or not! I've heard people saw that his other designs in other games made him look like a girl too (I didn't think so though), but the promo pictures they used for Hyrule Warriors really takes it to a new level. Poor Link! I've been mistaken for the wrong gender when I was very little and I know how annoying it can be, but it must be really bad for him since he's a guy, especially for the one he is crushing on to think so! As hilarious it is that Zelda thought he was a girl the whole time, I feel a little bad for him too, but I'm too busy keeling over in laughter because of your story. Thanks for writing and I hope you write a continuation of this story where Zelda stops thinking him as very girly!

I liked it and it was well written.I knew from the beginning that "Koko" was Link from the description even though calling him a girl threw me off a bit!

Pffft hahahahahaha! Sadly, a lot of people do mistake Link for a girl. Very nice story (danger in Hyrule is always exciting!) and hilarious twist ending! I'm sure everyone can't wait to see who the boy/girl is in the trailer!

...I haven't seen the new trailer, but methinks i should -; I heard there's a new Phantom Pain trailer, too...

Haha, it was so fun reading these theories people keep coming up with - the most common being a debate on the hero's gender or if he or she is a sibling or relative. I do admit that he's more effeminate-looking that his previous incarnation.

You had a little grammar error when you said "Surely she was the most beautiful girl in Ordona, perhaps even the most beautiful girl in Ordona", where I think you meant "hyrule" the second time.

Besides that, this is great! I really liked the gender confusion bit, and I'd actually think it'd be cool to have a female Link...
