IDK, I'm really conflicted about this fic. Don't get me wrong the idea is great and the grammar is fantastic. Its just Konami lost three duels in a row. I'm going to keep pushing through because I hope you'll make him redeem himself.

Not a fan of the framing as fanfic, especially because it's frankly a better story than the 5Ds one.

Well, that's a damn good hook.

So...the protagonist of the story just sorta stops being involved, in favor of a canon fight?

Disappointing.

This was a much better story earlier on. Like, staggeringly so.

I think it's the lack of dueling from the protagonist, and his continual swapping to other decks for really dumb reasons.

Yeah, it turns out a terrible deck lost to an okay Hero deck. Shocking? Not really.

Nice Persona 3 Drama reference at the end.

Unlimited Blade Works reference at the end. I love it.
