Ahhhhhhhh, that was so good! I know I said it in my review of the last chapter but I really love this fic. I think this is honestly one of my favourite fics that I think I've ever read - it's wonderfully done from start to finish. Fantastic fic!

I am in love with this fic. The way you write is absolutely beautiful, and your characterization is phenomenal. How you've adapted both Astrid and Hiccup so flawlessly to fit in with Victorian social standards is perfectly done. I honestly wish this AU was longer than three chapters so that I could enjoy your beautiful narrative and spectacular dialogue for a little longer.

So first of all, I LOVE your writing style. Your narrative captures the regency era so beautifully, it could almost have been written in the era itself. This is such a perfect au for these two as well, and you've done an absolutely spectacular job so far with adapting the characters to such a vastly different setting to their original one. Well done!

Another wonderful story. Short, but sweet. And kind of tortorous, because on one hand, it just feels perfect to stop here... but on the other, the ending makes you want to find out more of the story that followed. Even if there would be no scandals or political problems to possibly put you on edge in that thrilling manner that pure action never can, even if it was just a sweet, little, disney-like story of love without much problems (if any at all) arising as their relationship develops. Alas, that's not to bee. The story is finished. And the ending is perfect. And yet makes you crave for more.

Very nice. I occasionally mulled around the idea of creating an Austinesque (not sure that's a word but I'll use it anyway) story with httyd characters, but you bet me to it. I think you have done it very well. Cute.
