I did not expect to find such a nice crossover for these two. Very thoughtful presentation here; I really liked how you wrapped things up and showed us Misaka growing up a little.

The best *shared universe* crossover I have seen to date. Just enough time spent on developing the characters so that they actually develop, learn something and warm the readers’ heart with their unexpected, but definitely IC antics. I usually say that you can only rate your own stories 10/10, but this story probably inspired me to write my own.

Rating: 10/10 best *shared universe* crossover, which fully respects the canon.

very different from what I've been reading lately

It's actually rather funny. I was thinking of in sequence who to go to for training if one started with elecrobolt (BioShock) and wanted to develop their abilities to (Watchmen). It pointed out that MacGrath and Mikoto were two individuals who would be needed as teachers to learn two different and complimentary forms of electro-kenetic powers.

I would admit that there are many other super power people in fantasy books that use electricity. Magneto and static shock from DC and Marvel. Killuwa and A from HunterXHunter and Naruto. Rumble rumble fruit and plasmids (One piece and BioShock). The list is quite extensive. Meanwhile I maintain that a plasmid is most likely the safest method to adapt to bioelectrical powers. MacGrath is the most versatile character to learn the adaptations of bioelectrical energies and channelling.

On the other hand, Static Shock would be an appropriate individual to cross over to learning electro magnetic manipulation. Afterwards, it provides the opportunity to learn from Mikoto and Magneto.

Killuwa would aid in mebthods to refine bio- electrical reinforcement. If followed by the likes of A in Naruto.

Storm (Marvel) would allow for environmental manipulation at a whole other dimension compared to MacGrath. Someone like Akeno (DxD) would also aid in understanding how to add more oomph to creating storms and harnessing lightning.

Obviously reading a story about two of the above characters in a student teacher environment (after my day dreaming) becomes even more addicting. Before I read this, I had not considered that the two characters had anything similar between them. Honestly I was absolutely stunned and impressed at what was done between the two of them. It came out of nowhere (to my mindeven though it had been foreshadowed several times during the story). The climax of, A certain electric deliveryman, blew me away.

I would love to see MacGrath come back as a /Rumble rumble fruit user. As the video game does show some lighting strike after his death. Suggesting that MacGrath became an elemental. But I do admit that it would be awkward for him (a recent bachelor and a pre-teenno matter how many fans of Mikoto there are. She is under aged... As are many over sexualised anime characters marketed for products that are obviously under aged *cough* ..inappropriate pedophiles..*coughcough*.

Damn, this was a really good story. I loved it! Man, just like in infamous everything started happening real fast at the end with the fic but wow you did it right. Both of the original story's felt right being molded into this. Loved the fic

Holy Hell, I cannot overstate how much I love this.

As a fan of the first two (and proud owner of) inFAMOUS video games, I never expected myself to find this! Love it, and would have wished to see Misaka Mikoto dressed in Cole’s Legacy wear and swinging that Legacy Amp!

Oh man. That ending got me so hard in the feels... I can only hope we get to see Mikoto's actions after that particular date at some point, maybe as a sequel.

Oh my. Haven't played InFamous, haven't finished Index/Railgun, so I didn't get the full effect...

... But this was still an *excellent* fic. Kudos.
