even though i havent read the Dalemark Quartet before (but i have read Howl's Moving Castle and LOTR), this was reali good and it flowed reali well!

umm . . .but i don't understand the end bit with the griffins and the tours . . . but that's just because that i'm reali slow, i suppose.

Lovely story...but you should put this under Dianna Wynne Jones not the Dalemark Quartet since it's Howl's Moving Castle and not a Dalemark book. Lovely story though. :-) Very interesting, like the cross with Dark Lord of Derkholm. :-) and LotR. :-D Looking forward to the next bit.

Now, I know you haven't update this since 2003, but its definately one of my favorite HMC fics ever. You've left off at just as the suspense and action started to build and I really hope you decide to continue because this is truly excellent. The writing is fantastic, your plot is unique and has the depth that most other fics lack, and you've kept everyone very much so in character. I really really really hope you'll continue!

I was hoping you had updated this excellent story. But I reread it anyway, and enjoyed it once again, but PLEASE finish it! I thought the crossover might be with 'The Ogre Downstairs' when you mentioned chemistry sets-maybe Casper or one of the others grew up to join the police force...

You're first chapter's BLOODY great!

Here's what I liked: Megan squawking and shooing like a busy-body. "You! Who let you in?" Megan let out a little scream and, with the help of her friends, tried to push her brother back out into the kitchen. "Get out of here!" she squawked. "Don't look at the dress! Idiot! Don't you know, with all your fancy education, what bad luck you'd be asking for, seeing the dress before the wedding?"

Howl and Sophie getting married in a register office! I hope that DOESN'T HAPPEN - so unromantic (now I sound like Megan). The idea of two weddings is very nifty, too. Does that mean two honeymoons?
