Sorry it took me so long to finish reading this chapter xD But omg I absolutely loved it! The way Dis and Aelin talked by the end, the way Aelin described her feelings for Thorin was just so lovely! Glad the two women get along well though I never doubted that for one second :D

I admit that I was hesitant in the beginning, having read many a story and fanfiction, both good and bad. But I have come to love not only this story but Aelin as well. One cannot imagine how I bawled my eyes out when she died.

I can tell you that this is among the best stories I have read so far and I cannot wait for the next chapters.

Oh my gosh! This was SUCH a beautiful and emotional chapter! The LOTR reference was so well placed and fit perfectly into this story. I am still so very much in love with the relationship between Aelin, Fili & Kili.
