I think the one with Lissa getting a rose is fake. That's just too terrible.

no offense, but this really doesn't make sense... when you're injured on the arm bad enough to require stitches (and usually they do medical superglue and butterflies nowadays) they wouldn't put you completely under, they'd only put your arm under on local, if that even. (spoken from experience) also, hospitals aren't allowed to let patients have visitors when they are still having those sorts of aftereffects from a drug, especially not from "surgery" as your use of anesthesia implies.
