That was a good chapter! I likes how Jace didn't even think about breaking his and Izzy's aggreement about Clary, although it was a little cute it was a little weird of an aggreement. I guess thats the point though. Then he got upset because Clary told him she couldn't lie. Izzy getting a little upset over what happen seemed a little over the top especially when she didn't even know the whole story. In this story I'd want to see Clary hanging out a lot at Izzy's house over the week while Jace is watching every chance he gets trying not to be noticed. Maybe they could get to the weekend and Clary could sleep over they three of them could have a movie night, maybe invite Alec and Magnus just for more people. They could talk, play games, have a party something to bring them together while Clary is confused and doesn't understand her feelings. Clary could go with Jace on the Mondsy of his week and tell him she wants to join Izzy's side of the school and try to avoid him for as long as she can. Otherwise they could all have dinner together and realize they can all be friends and this whole two sides is really stupid and everyone should be able to be friends with whoever they want and if she wants to be friends with both she should be able to. Otherwise she would be 'cheating' with the other. (They are just some ideas idk if they are helpful or where you want your story to go, but I hope I could help.)

I totally think Isabelle should take Clary on a major shopping spree and Jac should show up. It would be hilarious because that's the perfect equation for a whining Clary!
