danishprince chapter 9 . 6/23/2018 I would like you to continue if it fits in with your other plans; however we all know that 'stuff happens' so will understand if you aren't able to. Your stories were some of the first Sherlock fan fiction I read, and I am very grateful for the introduction. All the best! |

thepoetoaster13 chapter 5 . 1/20/2015 Dear YourLoyalBlogger, I have read all three of your stories in the Star series. In several of your recent author's notes, you have asked if someone could beta for you. If that offer is still up, I would love to beta for this story. It's fine if it's not. Thanks! -TPT |
QueenNaberrie chapter 5 . 1/3/2015 Loved the interactions with the kids in the last chapter. Cute! I can see his old self starting to come back more and more, especially with him using bees to get Mycroft & his men to leave him alone. lol ;) If you are looking for ideas, I think Scotland Yard should receive a really baffling case that make Anderson & Donovan comment that it's too bad Sherlock Holmes isn't alive. He would have been able to help us. Lastrade then makes a comment about knowing someone who can help. This puzzles them, but then they shrug it off thinking Greg may be going to see Mycroft. Instead, he goes to Sherlock & pleads with him to help. Maybe even ask him to go to the crime scene with him. He phones Donovan and asks her to get everyone to leave but her and Anderson. He will explain when he gets there. He asks Sherlock to stay in the car while he tells Donovan & Anderson what to expect. They, of course, are stunned by the news, especially when an insult comes from behind them with a very familiar voice. Lastrade groans. Just an idea and, of course, you can fill in the blanks/gaps. I look forward to your next update! |
QueenNaberrie chapter 2 . 1/3/2015 Wow. That cottage's motif is...interesting. The bee theme sounds kind of cute. BUT...the 70's style really *needs* to go. LOL If you saw my bathroom when I first moved in...yeah...THAT had to go. lol Glad to hear you got a new kitten, by the way. I forgot to mention that in my last review. Reading on... |
QueenNaberrie chapter 1 . 1/3/2015 LOL! Well, Sherlock MUST be getting better if his nightmares only consist of Mycroft in bright colored shorts with giraffes on them, green socks, and flip flops. Almost as bad as white socks and sandles but close. ;) ;) I wonder what is in Sussex? Reading on... |
Nightdustt chapter 4 . 11/2/2014 Screw your story! Why is it so damn good and emotional?! Why do I have to cry almost every second story? Why am I so addicted? This is absolutly beautiful. Your writing makes me addicted, how you describe the scenes, wonderful. I love your Story with all my heart. I have never seen such a good Sherlock FanFic. Okay so this was my review on all the Stars books so far and the first 4 Chapter after the third. I cant wait for the next chapters and can only say that its really good. Especially the scence with the children and I love the secret comments from Sherlock! Makes your Story so amusing. Don't stop writing, its a wonderful story. |
Pippythewriter chapter 4 . 10/1/2014 P.S.: Finally got around to reading the first story and... I don't know what to say, besides the fact that I'm really starting to regret not having powered through the pain of reading it a long time ago. The torture scenes with Moriarty... I can't even think about it without my chest hurting from the emotions it was so moving :...(. If you're interested in pursuing it, I completely support the idea of you writing a book, it would be truly amazing. I wish more people read fanfiction so more people could see the amazing talent of the writers. :) |
Pippythewriter chapter 4 . 10/1/2014 HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA! MUCH better! I was happy beyond compare at the last line, and I hope it means we're going back to the beautifully heartbreaking storyline of what happened during Sherlock's 'exile', and would like to let you know I'm all for it! '"Goodbye Mr. Not Sherlock Holmes!"'- one of the most hilarious lines I've ever read! 'Sometimes he wished it was as easy to deny who he was to children. To deny who he was to himself, that was a lot harder.'- Beautiful and heartbreakingly true line, more like the absolutely spectacular writing of the preceding stories, keep up the good work! ;) |
Pippythewriter chapter 2 . 8/6/2014 Oh, by the way, what I meant before, was that, compared to the pure awesomeness of the last part of the series, this was a bit of a let down, but all it needs is the continuation of the original incredibly emotionally disturbed and intriguing plot of the last two, if you need help with it, I'm an expert on Sherlock, and on the psychoanalysis of television characters, Sherlock and Mycroft in particular, character relationships (in the Sherlock fandom I specialize in the brotherly friendships of both Mycroft and Sherlock, and Sherlock and John, the father/son relationship between Sherlock and Lestrade, the mother/son relationship between and Sherlock, and am a huge fan of the Sherlock/Molly relationship, whether as a couple, or just a great friendship) and emotional and psychological issues, particularly PTSD, survivor's guilt, guilt in general, trust issues of all types, abandonment issues, suicidal thoughts, apathy, and depression. I'm sorry if I sound arrogant, but I'm writing this at 5:33 A.M. after staying up all night reading your story, but I'd really like to help you with your writer's block. Please respond. Thank you :) |
Pippythewriter chapter 2 . 8/6/2014 I stumbled upon the first story in this series, I started to read it, but then found out that not only did it have 80 chapters, but it was a trilogy. As much as I adore post-reichenbach immensely, particularly this one, the pain of the ones who still believe Sherlock is dead, along with the endless torture with seemingly helpless situation Sherlock was in, I barely lasted 6 chapters. I think... You see, whenever I read a Sherlock fanfic that is this deep, I get so engrossed in it that it's almost physically painful to see what the characters are going through, particularly when in my mind there's a simple solution. So, I ended up skipping to the next part, pretty much to the part where Mary and Sherlock have to share that cabin, and maybe a few chapters before that. Anyway, this is probably, in my opinion, the best post reichenbach fic EVER! You literally have me in tears, I'm seriously crying, and, my goodness, the chapter where Lestrade visited Sherlock the first time, and when visited him... and of course when visited him and he had the flashback, and, and when he said he, he forgave Sherlock, oh my goodness, that part had me bawling my eyes out. And I'm seriously in need of reading the first part, because I've been totally freaking out about the scene that keeps getting mentioned, about SHERLOCK BEING TORTURED BY MORIARTY TO THE POINT THAT HE GOES CATATONIC!? !? BECAUSE THAT IS NOT OKAY! THAT ISN'T OKAY AT AAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLL!... So yeah, in case you were wondering, I'm seriously emotionally ingrained into this story. I absolutely love this story, but, like Sherlock, I thrive in chaos, and self-destruct from monotony. So pleeeeeeeeease add some serious emotional healing or destruction in this story soon, like in the aforementioned scenes, or I will explode. Sorry for the constructive criticism, but monotony drives me absolutely bonkers. I love honorary mentions, and love to help with prompts and suggestions, so if you need any, I'm your gal. This is Piper T. Ryder (pen name) a.k.a. Pippythewriter signing off, Good morning, Good afternoon, and Goodnight everyone. :...) :...( P.S.: PLEEEEEEEEEASE! :) |
