I loved all the little details you pulled together in this: Felicity trying to coordinate with Lance on her tablet, Oliver being hobbled by his civilian identity, Diggle with his insistence that it was about damn time (I think we've seen that on his face all of season 2!). I think in your last paragraphs you really nailed it. Oliver does still love Laurel, but it's Felicity he needs. She inspires him to be a better person. He's not changing for her, but he's changing because of her. She's the reason the Arrow became a hero instead of remaining as a vigilante. This is nice. I look forward to you sharing more on Tumblr as you write more.
