As having read the counterpart, I think this is just as good, and I really like how you portray America and Canada and don't have Al being a complete idiot. This is wonderful and a very good historical hetalia interpretation. Keep up the good work!

OK, seriously, if you ever do continue this verse, I will totally read it, because it's creepy as hell and amazing and is just...holy shit. Y'know? I've read both, and you're very good at highlighting just how ALIEN the Nations are; based on and born from humanity, but not human themselves. It's just...shivers up the spine, is what this inspires.

So yeah, if you do continue, squee. If not, that's OK too, because you have these two wonderfully creepy pieces here already.

This is deep, it's a hunger that thirst for what it can never have, and it's human nature. The Ottoman's, the Chinese, the Japanese, the Austrian-Hangary's...Countless others, they wanted the fame and the power. Hell, Napolean and Alexander the Great did, too. And Ceaser, and Mao. Remembering the Alamo. I thought this was fantastic, you captured the objective impressively. Great fanfic.

I also just finished watching the The World Wars on the History Channel, and when I watched it I couldn't get these characters out of my head. At least you have given me a dark taste of it- thank you.
