Well, I enjoyed this very much! It was a lovely one-shot, would be interesting multi-chaptered- and while I can't give you any pointers in relation to the portrayal of Elsa as deaf, I found the way you structured that section heart-rending.
If there was one thing I'd suggest you might try, it would be just making it clearer, possibly, which parts are written on the notepad and which parts are internal monologue. The lack of italics or other indicators was a little confusing for me.
Other than that- and that wasn't really a bother- brilliant job.

o i see so Elsa is deaf now that makes sense. To be honest i loved this i loved this a lot. It was awesome. I do not see anything that needs to be changed.

This is quite a wonderful story. I have a friend who is deaf but not mute and he is very good at lipreading within reason, we use txt messages for long distance communication and for more in depth conversation face to face we use pen and pad.

This is looking great! Totally wasn't expecting that though i probably should've been anyways this was a great intro! As for the whole deaf writing part maybe sign language? Although if you go with sign language be sure to make it clear they're using sign language this one story i read did a horrible job of it and all i could think while reading is that Anna was deaf and she couldn't hear elsa. It pretty much screwed up the whole story for me, anyways I was serious about the intro I love it!
