I know it's been forever but I really love this fic. I do hope one day you can continue this. At least the first season.

After jumping on the "Fargo" band-wagon late - after watching season 2 (and then 1) - I went in search of fic to feed me in the off-season. I was so pleased to find this one. It's really, really excellent. Your characterisations are fabulously written, and this is just a wonderful read. I do see you haven't updated in a year, which I fear means you won't post again. I'm hopeful you might finish off the story, but even if this was the last of it, I still wanted to commend you for great work. x

So, I just finished the show and stumbled upon your story trying to decide if I wanted to do a Lorne/OC fic and not sure I have to now. I love this story! You worked your OC in so well. I really hope Lorne makes it in this version :)

This story was SOSOSO good. I'm glad you have wrench this role because when I watched the series I actually liked him. Your OC is likeable as well! Good natured yet conflicted. And of course, Lorne is the loveable antagonist.

Overall, very well written and ties into the original plot very nicely without overpowering it. I wish you could have completed this !

Yes, Yes, Yes! You just made my day! I had almost given up hope you would continue, so it was only today I discovered this delicious treat. Thank you for the explanation.
Olivia sure had a lot to do in this chapter, good that Wrench was there to help her (even though he must still be hurting pretty much himself). His "cure" is harsh and radical. Get rid of everything from Malvo. That is the kind of thing you need a friend to do for you when you are grieving this much. And it is good to see the changes in Olivia afterwards. Granted, she turned into another mess before the board, but it was an understandable, normal mess. Good to see a snappy side appear.
I was wondering how long it would take her to want to learn signing.
On to Texas. Wrench and Olivia settled in a routine. And then the inevitable - Malvo. Now things are going to get really interesting. I cannot imagine him being happy about running into her - she could throw a major wrench into his plan (sorry for the terrible pun), and he definitely won't be happy once he finds out about Wrench (even though he respected him enough to let him go).
Can't wait for the next chapter.

Oh man, I have been waiting for this for so long, and this chapter already sets it up for more awesomeness! Olivia is a fantastic character, she fits right in with the rest of the cast, and shows a bit more of a human side to Lorne. I love this story, and I can't wait to read more! Keep it up!
