Ok I really liked the story but...batons? No way would they go in without guns, it just wouldn't happen. It's not like they are going in after some teenager stealing stereos, It's Moriarty! Whatevs though that's the only thing that didn't sit right with me, I did enjoy everything else. :)

I am really liking this. Great writing and pacing. Intriguing plot line.

I love the final confrontation! I do, however, think you need a last chapter that brings us back into the present...reminds us that they were, indeed, flashbacks. I need to feel that John and Sherlock are, indeed, safe now and headed back to their old, not-normal existence. :)

OHMYGOSHJOHNCANTDIEORIWILLHUNTYOUDOWNANDYOUWILLDIE! capiche? Lol awesome chapter! I semi laughed semi cried at the similarities to the pool. Moriarty holding a gun on John and Sherlock jumping on him... Not the exact same, and I don't know if it was intentional, but it was good!

Wait wait wait... it's not done, is it? Is that supposed to be John dying, or just passing out? Please say this isn't the last chapter!

When I read the chapter title I was like, "No.. no JAWN!"
But then it turned out it was Moriarty they was talking about and I was fine. John, you gonna be okay, if you're not then I'll kick the paramedics in the face. That was a really brave thing for Sherlock to do, even though he'd do that any day to save John. And Mycroft... oh he turned into a baaaaad Mycroft. :)

You know, I've never seen Mycroft holding a gun, just his umbrella. It's a nice visual to be honest it gives him a bad side! :P John is losing blood pretty fast and that's definitely not good... Lestrade hurry up and get in there, Mycroft's got a gun you're fine!

Oh... I really want to know what happens next... be nice to poor John... or maybe not... I like hurt John, just keep him alive will you.
