Loved the character of Dr. McCullough too - wouldn't mind seeing him in another story! I like how he "gets" them!

Oh my gosh, the fluffy feels...I don't know what to do with this. I loved it! I really like how you write the brothers. You've somehow managed to add lovely schmoop and keep them in character at the same time. I just melted at Dean's big brotherlyness and I liked how you had parts of this story told from an outsiders POV. This is just what I needed tonight :)

I wish I could handle nurses with forms as well as Dean.

Doctor's outside view of Dean\Sam dynamics was well placed in the story. The crisis and and brotherly comfort was skillful handled. The high point of the drama was Dean's grab on the doc's arm followed by a warning and command In a tone only heard by monsters set the intensity of the unfolding events.

Dean switching from controlled panic to tenderness was well constructed.

I don't believe this is your first fan fiction. It was incredible. I felt more like I was reading a snippet from an actual episode or one of the many book. I'm beyond impressed. I hope to read more of your writing soon. I'm a sucker for hurt Sam.

On a less gut-reactional note, you've got perfect characterization and dialogue here, and just the right touch of emotion without stepping out of character. I'm always a fan of a third person POV when written well, which this definitely was.
