Ohh Elsa's powers aren't working will it be permanent or will they go for good?

I would have thought that considering Elsa can do so much more then Áno, that she would be more powerful.

I am glad to see Kristoff and Anna standing by Elsa. I hope they can talk her down from exiling herself. Unfortunately, the guilt and hard feeling of the people will not just disappear if she does. Some of the more radical ones will hunt her down and then she could be forced to take actions she will never forgive herself for, just to survive.

I look forward to how they move forward from here.

Aww Anna is too cute! Good on Kristoff telling Elsa that he wont let her leave Anna again she shouldnt have to leave.

This chapter is the best one so far (from my perspective) it was wery good. I think you catch Elsas reactions wery well, her powers seem to have their "own will" in the movie (they protect her even if she don't want them to) and this was fun to read. This is turning a bit sad, i do wonder what will happen next.
The story are good, the two last chapters are betetr then the first 6 just as you said.
