Okay, the little problems, Fahrenheit? Don't you mean Celcius what with Kirito being Japanese and all? And where is 'home' exactly? He'd probably either have a base (which there's no mention) or travelling from inn to inn, camping and camping.

It's beautifully written and the focus on the fact that Aincrad isn't actually real is something that a lot of writers tend to forget, writing it as if it was a fantasy world. Or how no one ever brings up the fact that maybe, just maybe, some players really don't want to return to the real world.

I will question why it's Kirito of all people that's getting all emotional about this. Granted he's gone through some terrible shit yes, but I really don't see him being like this. Even with his suicidal phase who would prefer going out killing mobs and go down in a blaze of glory. Perhaps if there's a focus on him getting hurt by mobs that would make more sense.

It'd probably be a funny thing to cut yourself in a safe zone. "Oh look, I've got a halberd in my eye." But hey, that's just me.

Personally, I'm not into THIS type of depression, but it's still a great piece anyway.
