What? Macha said that Tam would be the father of her children. I'm not seeing how that is revealing anything, and I've read it backward and forward. Unless they think Trance is the traitor? But that doesn't make sense b/c Macha didn't say anything about Trance, other than her name. Although... her saying that seems to suggest she might know who he really is and/or has information about the future. Or maybe I am grasping.

You've done it again. I am stumped by the intrigue.

It does seem a bit odd that, after all this time, Tamerlane was unaware of Macha's existence. For being so close to Harper, he doesn't seem to know anything about him.

If it was: "Trance and he [Harper] had never been intimate" how it is now "I'm Macha Mong Ruad, out of Trance by Seamus"? You, sure, have some explanation for that, haven't you ;)?

Still loving this. Tyr's interrogation of Goneril was perfect. But is she telling the truth? And that still doesn't explain why she was after Tam the first time around. I like the image of Beka threatening Goneril with a force lance for corrupting her little boy.

One confusion, though. In Chapter 22, it said that Trance and Harper had never been together. But he has a daughter with her? I must say I like her self-assurance.

Ooh no, I bet he hasn't told Tyr. Hee hee. Bad grrr at Goneril. I'm glad that Beka caught her. Can't wait to read more.

I was really hoping Beka would walk in on that. Well, hoping she'd walk in before it got that far.
