PrimeReader chapter 1 . 10/21/2016 Poor Steve, so much sensitivity to learn. Now a days it is like trying to walk through a cage of sleeping tigers, one wrong move and you get mauled. I could just picture Steve in class with his eyes kinda glazing over even though he strikes me as the kinda guy that tries not to use derogatory names. Then throw some aliens at him for laughs. Good luck describing them without offending the PC Nazis. |
Guest chapter 1 . 9/19/2015 When Marvel Studios finally gets around to making that Avengers-Guardians crossover in 20-whatever, THIS NEEDS TO HAPPEN. |
Starfox5 chapter 1 . 5/7/2015 Very funny one! |
espioc chapter 1 . 7/30/2014 That was pretty funny, I threw my head back and laughed for a minute. Nice |
Phantom Dennis chapter 1 . 6/7/2014 From what I know of the modern/MCU "Guardians", Peter Quill (Star Lord) is a lot worse than Tony. In fact the lot would be a sensitivity trainers nightmare. The previews are doing there best to make this look like Farscape meets Firefly., |
Guest chapter 1 . 5/26/2014 LOL, thanks for this great story! Even better since I just saw Winter Soldier last night, complete with a Guardians of the Galaxy trailer! |
Kimberly T chapter 1 . 5/18/2014 Yup, that's Tony. |
Marcus Rowland chapter 1 . 5/18/2014 Apparently if you know Groot's language the "I AM GROOT" thing turns out to be a byproduct of his real, speech, which is very complex. According to Wikipedia: The mature form of Groot's species is robust and heavyweight, which causes the organs of acoustic generation to become stiff and inflexible. It is this hardened nature of Groot's larynx that causes people, who are oblivious to the subtle nuances of his speech, to misinterpret him as merely repeating his name. It could not be determined whether Maximus' claim was true or merely another manifestation of his madness, though Groot did genuinely seem to be assisting Maximus with highly-advanced engineering. Later, in All New X-Men #23, Jean Grey telepathically links with Groot, showing that his thought processes are indeed complex, and his declaration of "I am Groot!" usually represents attempts at highly intelligent communication. |
Sub-Zero MKA chapter 1 . 5/18/2014 This was great. I really hope the inevitable meeting between these two teams goes something like this. |
Samaritan Prime chapter 1 . 5/18/2014 Dear Marvel Studios, Please work this scene into Avengers 2. Sincerely, The Fans. |
yellow 14 chapter 1 . 5/18/2014 Amusing. Keep writing |
MiscellaneousSoup chapter 1 . 5/18/2014 I like this story. |
