I can totally imagine this happening (and Reborn being all like "I was helping him get over his fever" type of thing) so... yeah. Poor Guardians? You traumatize practically everyone! I mean, Tsuna is probably a mess for those few weeks! (And the endless teasing from Reborn as they try to get life back to "normal" is hilarious to imagine)
The ending is a bit rushed... or the "omake" dialogue is at least. (Would have been hilarious if Reborn jumped in xD)
