I really loved this chapter, I always wondered about what happened to Nyssa after the end, if she ever got her closure ?
And I feel like it's the best kind of end she could get. I've comed to love this character and her evolution, and I'm really thankful for this chapter.

Hey Jacques! I'm a huge fan of Child of Heaven and while I'm sad to see the story end, I'm kinda glad to see the possibility of this one updating since I like Eve.
I just wanted to let you know about this: r/FanFiction/comments/9q5gob/alert_do_not_check_any_user_profiles_on_ffn/ I'm not sure if the link will go through, but there's been a bit of a hack going on w/ user profiles on FF, and it doesn't look like the admins are doing much to fix it. It seems to mainly infect people who are logged in and visit other people's profiles. As a heads up, you might want to start shifting to another website like AO3 since it'd be terrible if everything got infected/deleted. I wish you the best luck and hope my message gets through.

Love the side story as well

I hope you write a Natsu chapter.. maybe a chapter about his thoughts on eve after the war was over? Maybe with a possible flashback of what his fight with Zeref was like. I’m still clinging onto the hope that Natsu didn’t really nakama Punch Fairy Heart out of Zeref.. and that August was there to help. Or maybe a logical explanation like Zeref having to consciously activate the time magic to reconstruct his body. Otherwise his durability is still that of a human. Like a glasscanon. Powerful but can’t take hits.

Maybe you will write the Eve vs Natsu fight? Having a logical explanation for Zeref’s Fight will let Eve and Natsu have a logical fight as well. That way he can’t bullshit his win. Besides, Eve is way more tactical and skilled in her magic. Natsu is just really aggressive and straightforward so he tends to really go all out, where Eve likes to analyze first and save her strength.

Reading this chapter and look back to mainstream CoH, I feel so sad for Future!Eve's demise, in the end, she never get to see her friend again and died alone in the past and she would spend the next four century being a full demon with no recollection of her previous life, worse thing is that it was Eve's soul that inhabits inside Novaliasa's body and she never remembers her old life at all. All the memories she has with her comrade are all gone along with Eve Sky identity.

Don't forget to add an wedding for these two, actually a marriage proposal in the middle of a chaotic mission blasting bad guys would be badass, you timing and all.

Aww I feel so bad for Erza. But I’m glad you wrote this chapter. I enjoy any moment where Erza is together with eve.. even if the blue haired girl is unconscious right now. It shows how much Erza loves her that she wanted to marry her already.

You should write a chapter for the Summers Sisters. Nyssa of course. Also please write one for Mui in the future. Mui is always there when eve is at her worst, he deserves closure kinda.. that in the end.. he was able to keep his promise to Samara.. eve is ok.. he doesn’t have to worry about her falling to the dark side anymore.. he didn’t fail. I hope he finds some peace now that he’s pardoned..

Oh and it would be nice to see her getting the Wizard sit title and council position.. I mean.. it is basically Eve’s dream besides being with Erza.. :)
