If his body and EVERYTHING on him got tore down to the smallest nano then I would imagine he would be COMPLETELY naked including the magic watch gone and since it's Ruby I would imagine that he would have to awaken his semblance to get his shape changing powers back just saying that would have made more sense at least

Ok, can I ask why you have decided to make Ben an idiot? Because he is. When someone tells you to brace for impact... You fucking brace for impact! You don't go "Huh, what does that mean?" Like a moron. If he had just reacted properly, he would have been able to use the Omnitrix to change into something that would have easily taken that fall. Later on in this chapter, you describe Been as "panicking" but then proceed to say he isn't scared... Panicking, means you are in a deep state of fear or anxiety. If he's panicking... He's fucking scared. Then, the Evolved Grim grabs him by the throat and chokes him untill help arrives... This is just dumb. He shouldn't be scrabbling at the Grims hands, he should be using the Omnitrix, you know that super powerful weapon on his wrist, to once again, turn into an alien that could better deal with the situation. I assume you are trying to keep Ben from being "overpowered" but all of these situations aren't about his power. It's about him, being a complete DUMBASS. Stopping Ben from being overpowered would be hard, but maybe instead of making him a dumbass you could figure something else out? Especially considering how you make him act like this yet say that he is "good at thinking on the fly" No, he seems to be pretty bad at it. Along with some terrible reflexes.
