Gah! I've been thinking about this story all day, can't get it out of my head. Well-written and so in character (like everything else you do), and with a plot I'd pay money to discover the end of. If you'd seen my face when John ditched Benny... It probably took most of the next chapter before I could pick up my jaw off the floor. I felt just as betrayed as Dean did.

I would love love love to read more of this. And "If You're Going Through Hell." I can't tell you how many times I've read that one. I haven't wanted to imply any pressure, because I know how miserable writing can be when it feels like obligation. But it occurs to me that you probably don't know that I check that fic every couple of weeks to see if there's a new chapter up. That maybe you think I'm no longer interested. It couldn't be farther from the truth. Your writing hits all my h/c fanfic buttons.

At any rate, thanks for sharing so much of this fic. I doubt I'll ever think of Benny again without immediately seeing John.
