I loved this. I'm so late to the game as I've only just watched seasons 1 - 3. Loved Brody with Carrie and can't believe I'll like the show much without him. This was a lovely story x

OMGOMGOMG I'm so happy right now for them! This is the most beautiful thing. And I f***ing LOVE the way you set the tone and atmosphere between them. Also, how you let them fight and conciliate. That Carrie flees, is so very much like her and to see how brody reacts makes me love th characters even more! It's so authentic that it get as real in my head pretty much just as my everyday life. Thank you so much for all this beauty in my mind now and this wonderful stuff for my dreams! The ending showed, how brody overcame the darkness inside of him. - I LOVE that!. Especially because it came so natural to him over the time now with the news of their new kid. all in all, your writing and style flows wonderfully natural and sooo easy and interesting to read. Oh my gosh.. I was nearly crying while reading... I love it! every part of it has its own beauty: the way he muses about his daughter and how you show us his way to take care of her and their everyday life. also the part wehn Carrie comes back - it's absolutely in character, very authentic and awesome for the etoryline to have them first a bit on ice. the sex scene reminds me alot of their lovemaking in season 1 - it's so well written! and of course the part in paris. his jealeousy and their discussion why she left. I think it's maybe the most important thing of it all. This had to get out in the open between them. i will really miss this! to think there's only the epilogue left.. ;( - but I love to see them happy together and this happy ending. they deserve it so much! and this is pretty much the only story where they can truly have their togetherness and kind of happiness. thanks so much!

I just watched up to season 3, knowing brody was going to die but I just loved them so much that I had to see what there was of them. Anyway, I believe brody loved her but you seem to understand his love for her more than I do. If he never said it and didn't really act like it, then how do we know that brody really loved Carrie back?

ooooh my god oooh yeah! this is making me sooo happyyyy! i can't even begin to describe it to you. only that my heart is sweeling and nearly bursting out of sheer happiness for the two of them. i would like to frame this chapter like a wonderful drawing and hang it up in my room. it's so magnificent. the way they go together through the rest of pregnancy, his work at the house... so wonderful! and i love the way you describe the house. it's absolutely real in my mind.. with so much atmosphere... the way she comforts his vulnerability and fear and how they work through it togetzer. this is the best part of it. I'm... speachless. there's no word good enough. and of course the birth: it's so awesome how you show us brody through her eyes. and how you show us her happiness. I'm stoked for brody's view and everything that may come. Thanks so much!

I can just picture Brody fixing the nursery for their baby. Nice touch. And then later watching images of the ultrasound.
My favorite line (referring to Brody and Frannie): "they understood each other silently, in a form of communication only known by them." Absolutely perfect!

phew, wow, this and the chapter before were intense. and carrie still needs to see behind saul's face. she's guessing it right in her heart, but i hope she'll see it one day clearly.
this last line from brody - good god, i was melting before my computer here! so beautiful. you capture him wonderfully with his body language and stuff. and of course i just love the way you let their relationship getting stronger and stronger. to me that's the best part and i wanna thank you so dearly for it!

I adored this chapter so much. Could completely picture the last scene with the kissing and Carrie saying she was scared but wants to try with Brody because he's ready to fight. Such good writing. Can't wait for the next chapter! :)
